"Rexburg oh Rexburg"
First I added saturation and lightness to bring more color to the sky and some of the buildings. Then I darkened the picture and added contrast. With the adjustment brush I removed the darkness from the buildings to bring back their color. Finally I added some vibrance and a touch more saturation.
